This route has all that one asks for...
Tall cliffs, valleys, tunnels, lakes, stunted tree growths, and a lot more...
The route that starts from a distant industrial suburb of Mumbai, takes you on a ride to remember. Very less traffic means that the scenic drive is relatively free of pollution, the first sites that you come to is a zig-zaging stream, wherein in the morning, you may see water evaporating right in front of your eyes, all in different layers. After that you shall soon see the distant mountainous terrain, that make a splendid trekking trail having a lot of caves to explore! These formations also consists of pecularily shaped rocks jutting along that makes a very good background for a place to remember. All this, then you drive precariously close to cilffs and ravines and into a tunnel, coming out of which you feel as if you have just taken a shortcut to the other side of the world! This does not have steep cliffs or something like that, but a huge lake with mountains as its backdrop, a drive through its shore road is sure to refresh your views on natural marvels. After this we go through a small creek, (no road, imagine some serious off roading), to an abondoned fort, that now constitutes of a school and a college (experience! Rural studies), then onwards to a tank muesuem (India's only, Asia's largest) with more than 50 of them at display, think about great photographic moments! To cap it all we have stops at a palace, strawberry fields, and much much more...
(Photos to be put up in a few days time..Keep tabs...)
